We are freezing our VPS and RDP prices for all of 2027

If you rent a VPS anywhere in 2026, you have probably seen the same thing we have: renewal emails with new prices, plans that quietly lost a few gigabytes of RAM, and "resource fees" that did not exist a year ago. The reason is memory. DDR4 is being phased out by the big manufacturers and DDR5 is being absorbed by AI data centers, so both generations now cost several times what they did in 2025. OVHcloud raised its VPS prices by 44% to 122% in April 2026, and Hetzner raised its prices twice, in April and again in June.

At rdp.monster we have decided to go the other way. We are freezing every one of our prices for the whole of 2027: every Windows RDP, Linux VPS and dedicated server plan will be billed next year at exactly the price you see today, which is also the price we have charged since we opened in May 2023.

What our freeze covers

  • Every plan, from our entry-level Windows RDP at $8.99 per month (6 GB DDR4 ECC, 2 dedicated vCPU, 40 GB NVMe) up to our dedicated servers.
  • New orders and renewals alike, from 1 January to 31 December 2027, with no setup fee and no renewal markup, as always.
  • Every payment method at the same price: Bitcoin, Monero, USDT and other cryptocurrencies, PayPal, Visa and Mastercard, Capitalist and SBP, with no surcharge.
  • Our quarterly and annual discounts and affiliate vouchers still apply on top.

Why we are doing it

Our customers are traders keeping MetaTrader online, developers hosting bots and scrapers, and remote workers using a Windows desktop in the cloud. They all budget on a monthly line that is supposed to stay flat, and in 2026 it stopped staying flat almost everywhere. A memory shortage is not their problem, it is ours to manage. We run a lean, automated operation: you sign up with an email address, no KYC, and your server is delivered about ten seconds after the payment confirms. That is what lets us absorb the increase instead of passing it on.

We published the full announcement, with the DDR4 and DDR5 price data and the links to the OVHcloud and Hetzner announcements, on our blog: rdp.monster freezes its VPS and RDP prices for all of 2027. Our plans and current prices are on rdp.monster.
